1859 Bel Air Road

Villa 1859 Bel Air Road is located in one of the most exclusive and prestigious neighborhoods of Los Angeles and is rightfully considered an architectural object of exceptional level. The project, developed by Tag Front architectural bureau in collaboration with interior designer Cesar Giraldo, combines architecture, sculptural forms and natural landscape into a cohesive, expressive composition.
The residence is situated on a hilltop with panoramic views of the Bel Air canyons. The land plot has a special history — it was previously owned by Marilyn Monroe. The house is the only three-level mansion in this area, and from its windows open views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island, creating a sense of absolute privacy and visual freedom.
The project implementation took seven years and was conducted under the leadership of developer Shahram Sean Balahani. Tag Front architects managed to create a space where practicality organically combines with expressive aesthetics, and the interior and exterior zones of the house fully correspond to the modern Los Angeles lifestyle.
The villa's interiors were developed by Cesar Giraldo, and the furniture was provided by Poliform brand. Every room is thought through to the details: from custom art pieces to individually selected fragrance. Thanks to this approach, the house transforms not just into a living space, but into a refined environment for life, rest and inspiration.
